My food choices
The wrong foods at times can keep you from being the best you can be. What you eat is not just for losing weight but it also can make you feel and look youthful. Good nutrition is imperative to ensure a healthy lifestyle.

I was watching a commercial for pets food one day and the actor was saying if you feed your pet this type of food this will promote a healthy coat and better energy for your pet. This idea holds true for humans also because I have found when I eat the right foods my skin is healthier, tighter, and my energy level is better and you know what they say “you are what you eat”.
