I like the team body project this site has 300 cardio, resistance, circuit, pilates and boxing workouts. The programs are safe and sustainable fat loss and muscle tone and some downloadable workout apps without the need for Wi-Fi. Go over to 30 minute fat-burning home workout for beginners and try it out for free. I highly recommend the Audio Fitness App for your outdoor run or walk. This app has helped many of my clients lose weight and get in shape.

305 Fitness is offering cardio dance live streams twice a day on YouTube. The sessions are held at 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. ET, and are hosted by the founder of the studio, Sadie Kurzban according to the site.
Orangetheory has a new 30-minute workout video each day, featuring some of its most popular coaches. According to the website, the workouts don’t require any special equipment, but may feature everyday household items.
Planet Fitness is live streaming “Work-Ins” at 7 p.m. ET every day on Facebook with some celebrity guests that will lead the 20-minute workouts, which are free for everyone.
Crunch Fitness has an online workout class portal, Crunch Live, is now free for 45 days, even for non-members. The app has over 100 workouts, including dance, yoga, pilates, barre, kickboxing and more.
CorePower Yoga is one of my fav, they are offering free access to a limited collection of online yoga and meditation classes while their studios are closed.
YMCA 360 launched on-demand exercise including barre, boot camp, yoga and more, all to support everyone staying home. All of the exercise courses are free for a limited time.
