My best weight loss foods for 2023

Foods go through different metabolic pathways in our bodies. They can have enormously different effects on your appetite and the number of calories you burn. This is why I put together a list of foods to eat when trying to lose weight.

Avocado and Leafy Greens

A spinach salad is low in calories and high in nutrients, but at times it can have you wanting more. To make it more filling add avocado. It’s likely to be more satisfying since it has a kind of good fat that helps with hunger. Avocado also helps your body absorb more disease-fighting antioxidants.
